Rangana Herath spun the West Indies with a thrashing defeat. West Indies lost the match by an innings and 6 runs.
Herath picked up 10 wickets in the match. He remains a success with 6 wickets in the first innings and 4 in the second. Collectively Herath now has five ten wickets haul in his test career. The same number is shared by Harbhajan Singh and Abdul Qadir as well.
Herath now becomes the second Srilankan bowler to achieve this milestone. In international cricket he is at number 6 now. The most number of ten wickets haul in a test match belong to his country mate Muttiah Muralitharan. Muttiah has 22 ten wickets haul to his name.
