Pakistan falls down to number 4 in T20 rankings

Dubai: Pakistan loses its second position in the ICC T20 internationals rankings after England snatched a last ball win over the hosts in Dubai.

It was already calculated and only a win could have survived Pakistan from not getting down but unfortunately that didn’t happen and now Pakistan resides at number four position in the ICC rankings for the T20 internationals.

Pakistan needed a win to stay not only in their last game but also as far as the series was concerned to secure their number 2 position for the time being.

England didn’t let that happen and as they now have won both the games played, they already have named the series to themselves. England has jumped from number 8 to number 6 now in the rankings.

Pakistan will have to gain the last game so that they don’t go further down. Also their next games against some tough sides will also put in a lot of change in the points table.
