Sharjah: Pakistan T20 captain Shahid Afridi was utterly displeased with the way his team performed in all three games of the t20 series against England. He said that batsmen should take the example of Shoaib Malik on how to play and build an innings.
Shahid Afridi after the match spoke his heart out. Pakistani captain looked dejected as he should be. In their own and favorite conditions, England took away the Odi and T20 cup from them. Both times it looked all too simple for the Englishmen.
Afridi taunted his batsmen to follow the footsteps of Shoaib Malik who played a wonder knock last night and almost won the game for Pakistan.
Afridi also said that England bowled really well in the super over and that was the point when the whole context of the match changed.
Afridi was worried over the fielding problems in the team. He said that Pakistan team needs to focus on their fielding abilities. Afridi has been in conversation with head coach Waqar Younis over the fielding issues as well.
