Zimbabwe fall of wickets, 1st ODI 2018

Zimbabwe is all out and Pakistan wins the first ODI with all the ease in the world. This is another huge margin win for Pakistan. Zimbabwe just made over 100 runs in the end. Pakistan has recorded a massive win here and this will help this side gain a lot of confidence. Pakistan bowling and fielding was superb as expected. The batting did its job in the first innings in the batting. It was a tough wicket to bat but Pakistan played really sensibly and on a tough wicket to bat upon. Pakistan hit over three hundred runs and Zimbabwe were never in with the chase. Pakistan bowling has always been really good and in the limited overs cricket we have seen that all that Pakistani bowlers know their part and they always play it really well. The fast bowling and the spin department both are really strong in the field and Pakistan has been doing well.

Chari was the first man to fall for the Zimbabwean team. He wanted to hit Usman Shinwari on the leg side. The ball was low in pace and as a result the ball hit the toe end of the bat and went to the fielder Fakhar Zaman who did not put in much effort to catch this one. The second wicket once again went to Usman Shinwari. This time again the catcher was Fakhar Zaman. The ball was hit for a pull shot and again it was not there for the batter. Another top edge and the ball was taken easily. The third wicket went to Hasan Ali. This was his famous in dipper and the batsman had no clue about this ball. Chibhabha was the batsman and he was always struggling in the middle. He was not looking solid in the batting and there was always this chance of him getting out and he fell to Hasan Ali here.

The Zimbabweans wickets fell one after the other. It looked as if the Zimbabweans were not too keen to play defensively first and after spending time in the middle then try to hit big shots. Pakistan bowling did not have to do much because the Zimbabwean batters were gifting their wickets to the Pakistani bowlers. Shadab Khan picked up wickets with the googlies that he bowled consistently. Pakistan pace bowling did well again. Amir, Usman, Hasan and Faheem all picked up wickets which is a good sign. All the Pakistani bowlers got wickets and this shows that this side is filled with all kinds of arsenal with the ball. Pakistani bowling is currently the best in the world. They have pace and spin both and this is something which most of the sides don’t have. Pakistan bowling over the years have been progressing really well in all three formats of cricket.
